Sawgrass Renovations LLC is a Florida certified building contractor (CBC1263480) based in Tampa. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms and entire homes, and design and build accessory dwelling units (ADUs), across Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and the surrounding Bay area. We keep that focus deliberately narrow: it is the work we know best, and it lets us give each project the attention it deserves.
Every project starts with a conversation, not a catalogue. We ask how you use the room today, what frustrates you about it, and how you want it to feel when we are finished. Then we scan the existing space with LiDAR and design the new one in Chief Architect, so you can walk through the layout in 3D, compare alternatives and settle every detail before demolition begins, while changes are still easy to make.
Once the design is set we manage the build from permit to final walkthrough, keep you informed as the work progresses, and hold to the budget we agreed.
